Low Carb Buttery Graham Cracker Crust

A low carb graham cracker crust with no added sugar, that tastes as good as the store bought stuff with all of the sugar.

fully cooked and cooled
recipe of my cashew graham crackers

1/4
cup
of your favorite non-sugar sweetener
3
tbsp
melted butter
Instructions
Process graham crackers into crumbs, in food processor or by crushing.
Mix in sweetener well.
Place butter in microwave and heat just until melted.
Pour butter into crumbs and mix well. Hint, a fork is very useful here.
Press into an 8x8 baking pan and bake on 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, depending on your own oven.
Allow to completely cool before spooning in any filling.
Notes
Tossing in a pinch of cinnamon at the same time you mix in the sweetener, would also be a really nice flavor to add to the background of flavor.
