Using a fork, mix in the beaten egg. Ensure that all ingredients are mixed well.
Using the fork, press the dough against the side of the bowl, into a ball.
Cut parchment paper to the size of your cookie sheet.
Place ball of dough on that parchment paper and cover with a second sheet of parchment paper. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape.
Trim edges and use that dough to fill in where dough is thinner or where needed.
Use a knife to precut the crackers and the fork to poke holes throughout the surface.
Place the rolled out cracker dough, along with the parchment paper that it is on, into the cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your oven. Warning, once the crackers bake to the golden brown stage, they will over cook quickly beyond that. You will want to be sure to keep an eye on them.
