Ingredients

canned whole potatoes

dried parsley

tbsp
real butter
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all in a medium sized saute pan.
Over medium heat, cook until liquid boils down to about 1/4 cup.
Allow to partially cool before serving.
