Red Wine Vinegar Dressing With A Simple Green Salad
A red wine vinegar salad dressing recipe that can also be made sweet and sour, over a simple and delicious green salad, with black olives as the finishing touch. The black olives actually morph into a sweeter layer of flavor when mixed with the tartness of the red wine vinegar. A preference in lettuce for me is a romaine or a mixed version. Tossing some spinach in can make it even healthier. Another ingedient in this recipe is extra virgin oil. Exra virgin olive oil is one of those things in life where you get what you pay for. Using a better quality oil will pay off in the taste.
