No Added Sugar Free Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Behind the Recipe

A no added sugar chocolate fudge recipe that is absurdly easy, is the goal. The recipe is getting close while playing with some recipe ingredients like sugar free chocolate chips, but need your help with reaching that fudge like taste and texture. I’ve also played with amounts of butter and cream, mixing them with different brands of sugar free chocolate. I need your help. The amount of the recipe ingredients will also be adjust to make a full batch of chocolate fudge.

Recipe Tweaks

  • 1 tbsn cream
  • 6 tbsn sugar free melting chocolate discs
  • 2 tbsn sugar free, semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place vanilla extract, butter and cream into deeper bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to warm cream and melt butter.
  • Microwave water in a larger bowl until boiling and remove.
  • Add the chocolate pieces to cream and butter mixture.
  • Place bowl of mixed ingredients into bowl of hot water and cover.
  • Allow to site for 10-15 minutes, to complete melt chocolate chips.
  • Place parchment paper, foil or plastic wrap in the container you will be pouring the fudge into, not only to coat the container for easier clean up, but making it easier to pull the fudge out after it sets.
  • Whisk all ingredients together and pout into lined container.
  • Allow at least an hour to cool and set, then remove, cut and serve.

Notes & Credits

Helpful cleaning up hint: After pouring the fudge mixture into the dish to set, pour the hot water from the bowl, into the smaller bowl where you mixed the fudge. The hot water will remelt and loosen chocolate mix, to then dispose of it. I would also suggest that you do not pour it down the sink. The chocolate particles may harden and p your drain.
